A Vision Of What's Possible
The Sportsgrants vision of the world we leave to our children is:
A world where problems that can be solved by funding get funded. A world where institutions charged with solving problems, define them, solve them and then either disappear, or solve another problem. A world where there are no "brokers" standing between people who are suffering and the people who want to give to end their suffering. A world where institutions whose business it is to help people work together, work towards economies of scale and don't compete for the dollars we give. A world where we've lead our children by example to make caring for others a priority. A world where our example has inspired our children to innovate and provide even greater human and capital leverage against the problems that confront the world, and finally the vision we come to work with every day. If we provide the possibility that things can change by our own example at Sportsgrants, things will change.
